The apartment is very large - about 1,400 square feet. It has one very large bedroom with king bed, dresser, and 2 closets. One large bedroom with Queen bed, 2 closets and a desk. Also a large kitchen / dining area that walks into a large living room. The kitchen and living room have a nice view of the river. Also has average size bathroom with tub / shower, and a laundry room with modern front loading washer and dryer, and upper storage cabinets. Amenities include: all bedding, towels, kitchen dishes, utensils and cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator, stove, 2 flat screen TV's and DVD player. Simply put, it is set up so you can move in with a suitcase, everything else you need is there. Rent is $1,500 per month. All utilities included except electric. Security deposit required.
