These are exceptionally nice units with most located just 1 block from campus and vary from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Our one bedroom units are large and spacious starting at about $700.00 per month.Two bedroom units start at about $750.00 per month. Most units include Heat allowance, Carpet cleaning and Parking. Overall, units are very energy efficient. Our units also have less water meter charges than some other complexes. While many leases start about June 1 or Sept. 1, we also have other opening dates including immediate openings for 1 to 4 bedroom units on variable lease terms.

Our 4 and 5 bedroom units have 2 full baths an extra refrigerator or freezers at request of residents The 1 bedroom units are very spacious and licensed for 2 residents and we rent them to either 1 or 2 people.
