The counter-tops are granite even in the bathrooms. The floors are carpet and wood grain vinyl throughout.
All small appliances, glass wear, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans and linens are provided for your use.
The master bedroom has a water view and a covered deck out the front.
The master bath has a large shower built for two, and a large walk-in closet with built in shelves.
The dining room features a large pantry and a dining table that will seat eight.
The living room has a new 65 inch LG 4K smart TV, along with a DVD player and a few DVDs. There is a heat pump for heat and a gas fireplace to keep you warm if there is a power failure.
The kitchen has an island and bar stools so that the cook is never left out of the conversation.
In the loft upstairs there is a queen bed, a small office area and a bath with shower.
The best thing about this house are the windows across the front of the house that give you a view of Penn Cove and the Douglas firs that border this property.
The beach is a private community beach and only a short walk down the hill. There are picnic areas and fire-pits. There are two beach areas for your explorations and walks.
There are numerous trails around to enjoy and old Chief Snaklum and a couple of his relatives are buried at the top of the hill. This is a wonderful place to explore and live.
