I’m moving out of Arlington for a job. These are fairly new apartments, they have a playground, pool, gym, party rental room, and a dog park. Apartments have washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher in the unit. The apartment includes a patio/balcony which is very large with a storage closet. The ceilings are 9ft.
The apartment is next to a grocery store and about a 10 minute walk to downtown Arlington.
Apartment is on the second floor.
Utilities are not included in rent.
Household income must be 2.5 times rent.
All members of the household over the age of 18 must apply. There is a background/credit check.
Two pets per household with a one time non-refundable fee of:
$150 for cats; and
$500 for dogs less than 25 lbs;
There is an additional $100 refundable deposit for dogs over 25 lbs.
If you have a service/companion dog they have an accommodation packet that you will need to have your doctor complete.
If you are interested please contact me and I will have you apply. I will need legal names of all applicants so I can let them know you are applying to take over my lease.
Once you are approved and are on the lease when my family and I are moved out we will no longer be on the lease.
Our lease is through the end of April 2023
