We have a large house and we are looking for a roommate to join start February1st. The room is a larger corner room with 2 windows and newer carpet that is 2 years old. Rent is $640 plus $100 utility fee and $50 monthly house keeping fee. Utilities covered by the fee are water/sewer, garbage, gas, electric and internet. The rooms in the house are rented on individual leases.
Looking for responsible, no drugs, no drama, tidy roommates that can respect each other's living space and be social and friendly.
