Gas furnace, gas water heater, gas range, gas closes drier, and water heater. House faces South for many sunny days in the summer. Clothes washer and drier are located at the rear of the main house and included with your rent. If you have a pet, a refundable pet deposit is required. Refunded if there is no cleaning or damages from the pet. When I accept you as the new tenant(s), a security deposit is required. Within 2 weeks of that, first month rent must be paid, at which time the tenant(s) receive keys.
