For secondary vehicles and visitor parking is available in any uncovered designated spot on a first come first serve basis.

Leasing Information:
> Holding Fee $250 payable in Cashier's Check or Money Order! This reserves the apartment for you and gets the application process started. Refundable if application is denied or right after approval you change your mind within 72 hours.
> Application fee is $48 per Adult. Applications will only be accepted and processed if you brought us a holding fee and filled out the holding fee agreement.
> Security Deposit is $950, unless you are approved with conditions this will require additional security deposit!
> There is a flat rate added to the rent based on how many occupants are living in the apartment for Water/Sewer/Garbage.
> We also require Renter's Insurance!
Pets Information:
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Maximum weight limit of 70 pounds.
