We are offering a $1000 amazon gift card at move in, if you sign a 10-12 month lease and move in within 7 days of being approved! Seems easy right? Barkley staff strives to make move in as easy as possible.
This unit is fully renovated with beautiful white cabinets, all black appliance's, vinyl throughout the whole unit, and has a nature trail view!
We allow two pets per apartment with an additional deposit. Pet Rent is $30 per month for a single animal, $60 for two. We do have have breed and weight restrictions for dogs, please inquire.
Our units are well-designed and offer a host of amenities, such as fully equipped kitchens and in home washer/dryer. Come relax in your new home by making use of our hot tub, heated pool, outdoor barbecue area and gym facility.
