Recently remodeled loft apartment, above a (heated) garage man cave with 82” tv, surround sound, Xbox one, laundry, pool table, exercise equipment for rent for the winter season (Nov 1 - April 30). The loft apartment has a queen/queen bunk bed, one full size futon, TV, Starlink internet, kitchen and modern appliances, outdoor Weber grill, firepit and Adirondack chairs. We are located about 15-20minutes to Jay Peak in Montgomery Center. We are about 5 minutes drive into town in Montgomery Center. Strictly no pets due to sever allergies. 4WD vehicle and snow tires highly recommended. There will be several days in roughly mid-March where the dirt road gets VERY difficult to pass due to melt off and then it gets repaired within 24-48 hours. There could be a situation where it’s just not passable until the following day. We would like to have minimal cars so the place is ideal for 1-2 couples that each share a car. First month, last month and one month security due up front to secure the place for the six month period. Credit check/background check apply.
Water, Electric, Gas, wifi, trash removal (dumpster on site), plowing all included.
