I'm sorry to be leaving my awesome 2nd floor studio apartment and looking for somebody to take over a 15 month lease, March 2023 - May 28, 2024. I've loved living here and planned to stay for years but opportunity is pulling me elsewhere.
The space is a charming studio/loft apartment with efficient heat and off-street parking. Handsome kitchen with an over-the-stove microwave and a great full-sized range/oven, ideal for people who love to cook.
Located in the heart of the Old North End close to the Waterfront, Downtown Burlington, Winooski and UVM, the neighborhood has schools, cafés, eateries, and an assortment of international markets and convenience stores.
Small details add charm to this cozy lofty apartment.

- Online auto payment required
- 1 month security deposit is required before moving in
- Parking for 1 vehicle in the back lot.
- $15 background/credit check and application required
- Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and internet (avg gas bill = $48/month)

- There is NO laundry on site
