After this apartment was destroyed by a fire a couple of years ago, it got totally rebuilt. The stylish one-bedroom is on 2 floors. The open concept first floor offers a living/dining/kitchen space with a laminate floor and ceiling fan. The kitchen enjoys a dishwasher and microwave. There is a half bath on the first floor. Up the stairs on the second floor is the bedroom, also with a laminate floor and ceiling fan, and a bathroom with a shower. The newer fixtures show well. The location in the Village of West Brattleboro is convenient, but away from the congestion of downtown Brattleboro. It is on a bus route. Other features include: 1 off-street parking spot, a back yard abutting the Whetstone Brook, a communal picnic table and use of the front porch.
Landlord pays heat, hot water, landscaping, snow plowing and trash removal. Tenant shovels and pays for electricity and communications.
One cat negotiable.
No smoking on the property.
First and security to move in.
