This newly constructed split-level duplex unit includes all new appliances (including dishwasher!), quality construction with an eye to energy efficiency and comfort, patio area, and washer/dryer hookups. Heat, hot water, snow and trash removal are all included in rent. 1 cat is allowed with an additional $100 pet deposit, no pet dogs. No smoking is allowed on the property.
INCOME RESTRICTIONS: Rent is set, below market rate. This unit is designated for households making below 60% of the area median income, for example, the maximum for a 4-person household is $51,420 per year. Applicants must be able to afford the rent sustainably, i.e. rent shouldn't be significantly more than 30-40% of monthly income unless the applicant has a Section 8 voucher.
