I'm selling my contract for the spring semester (Jan 1 through April 30) - I'm graduating a semester early and moving to Oregon. The contract costs $2400, which is $600 per month. $500 deposit, with $450 refundable. The summer months are available as a month to month for $600/month. Utilities are included except internet. There are neighbors willing to split the bill for Wifi, which helps a lot.
AC/Heater in-wall unit works well.
TV, microwave, hot plate, mini-fridge, queen size bed, desk, dresser drawers/shelf, and chair included.
Coin operated laundry on site.
Not pictured is a balcony overlooking the courtyard and parking lot. Balcony measures roughly 5'x3'. It's great to get some sunshine and fresh air while studying. Helpful to keep an eye on your vehicle parked on the property.
The room is remarkably quiet. I only ever hear some neighbors in the hallway, but never hear the neighbors through the walls. I have a good relationship with one next door who tells me he never hears me listening to music or watching my shows either.
The third floor is going to be good for warmth in the winter months, and ground floor is halfway between first and second. So it's actually only 1.5 stories up.
