Requirements:
- Photo ID
- $45 application fee
- $250 NON-REFUNDABLE administrative fee (paid only after you have received an approval)
- 6 months continuous employment (NO GAPS)
- No violent misdemeanors, vandalism charges, bankruptcies, felonies or evictions
- Cannot have a balance with MLGW
- Must make 3 times the rent amount
- Most recent check stubs (4 if paid weekly, 2 if paid biweekly)
Please have your check stubs from employment apps printed out for speedy processing. Screenshots are NOT accepted.

- 3–5-day application processing
