Furnished, clean, non smoking space $795/month for individual, additional $50/week for additional person if approved. Comes with wifi for smart tv, large refrigerator and shared larger refrigerator in kitchen, laundry in bldg.
$200/week payments possible for qualifying individual. Available Nov 20 subject to prior sale.
Will need answer to questions listed below plus a minimum of 1 week's rent deposit rent minimum (if not first month and same deposit) to move in. Also, must agree to Rules of the House including limitation of 2 nights/week overnight guest stay and compliance with all laws including on Cannabis, prostitution, and otherwise.
