Our prices include internet, cable, water, pest control, and trash pickup. The resident is responsible for electric. The two bedrooms are 1000 square feet, the three bedrooms are 1200 square feet.
We are a pet friendly community. We can accept up to two pets. Please keep in mind we do have breed restrictions. Nonrefundable pet fee is $350.00 per pet. Pet rent is $35.00 per animal added on to rent price.
Security deposits is through a company called Obligo. They offer payment plans or traditional deposits based on approval. Any lease less than 12 months adds a $250.00 premium per month. All our units have washer/dryer connections. We have swimming pool, small recreation area with charcoal grills.
Application fee is $50.00 per adult. We do a credit, and background screening on each adult. We do require three times rent amount in monthly income.
