I am currently in the process of moving out and am looking for someone to sign a new lease in place of myself. If you have questions, you can email me. All paperwork must be done though the property manager.
I need to get out of this lease, so if you are approved for the apartment and sign a new lease, I could possibly cover half your first month’s rent as thanks for helping me out. Proof of residence must be provided to me and we can work it out after your new lease is signed.
