The layout of the apartment is all on one level and is one half of a duplex. Each of the four bedrooms has a sliding glass door to one of two covered decks. The common area has a spacious cathedral ceiling and includes an open layout kitchen and living area. There is a wood burning fireplace, a wet bar and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar island.
The house is situated on a canal with the back porch overlooking the water. There is a boat launch for small fishing boats and long docks for crabbing/fishing and launching SUPs and kayaks. On either side of the common room are two bedrooms which are joined by a full bathroom, and a half bathroom off the living area.
You'll be tucked away in the quiet Kinnakeet Village but only a five minute drive to the Food Lion grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the coffee shop or beach.
