New York - looking for a new roommate

ROOM FOR RENT: SHARES HOUSE AND OTHER COMMON AREAS WITH 3 OTHERS. ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK :).Here within a few months (if not sooner) I'm going to be looking for a new roommate, preferably a guy, (i will run a background check first). you will be living with me, my bf and my kid, 4 cats and a bunny. i have cams in my house downstairs for security reasons. no food or dishes will be allowed upstairs. no more animals are allowed due to the landlord. we have neighbors connected so we cant be too loud after hours. smoking is allowed but NOT inside the room or apartment. i dont mind weed because i do that as well. no other drugs will be allowed in my apartment because i have a child. drinking is allowed but dont get so drunk you break shit. There will be some rules. like No food or drinks upstairs, clean up after yourself. the room you will be renting i will have to get into to go through my stuff thats in the corner storage. i just ask you help out around the place. maybe a roommate who can turn into a friend. my bedroom is just off the Livingroom and i have no door but you can sit down stairs and watch TV all you want. im currently jobless going for my GED and getting unemployment so the 850 im charging will cover half of everything. rent alone is $900, but yours will be paying for half the bills and supplies, i still have to pay off my couch my ex and current roommate said they would help since they use them but they both bailed, so if u wanna just pay a little extra a month to help pay off the couch thet would be awesome but i cant force you but if u use the couches thats all i ask. I get foodstamps and ususally supply the house but if you want to buy your own stuff too thats fine. Me and the bf dont cook everyday but when we make food we will offer you food too. but help around the house would be great because its mainly me cleaning 90%. If your a handyman too GREAT if not thats okay too lol, landlord isnt always on top of things and during winter if you would shovel even my vehicle out awesome. I am not a taxi but i will give you a ride for gas money if you do not own a vehicle, just not drive you FAR FAR. can talk more eventually. Im a good person. I try my best to make everyone happy. hopefully i can find a great, clean, helpful roommate to eventually become friends with :) can always discuss the pay as well. it would be for rent, bills, supplies and help with other things. There is a mattress up there on the floor but u can get your own if needed. dont be afraid to ask me anything
