Minnesota - College student/short term living ?

I’m looking for a responsible person who is interested in renting somewhat short term. I would be living there as well i own the home but recently divorced and some help with money would be great as my mortgage is expensive. I have 2 rooms on the upper level that would be open the kitchen is open with the living room my room is also on the upper floor there is a bathroom across from the 2 rooms that would be designated for the renter shower/bathtub with sink and mirror. I have my own full bathroom in master room so this is strictly your bathroom. Kitchen would be shared I work Monday through Friday 6am to usually 4 or 5pm so I’m gone all day. Weekends I’m usually around but of course I can respect privacy. I may also have the basement for rent which will be considerably more money then just a roommate with me upstairs because it would be much more private bathroom bedroom door to access the basement separately. I’m open to talking about the length of rent I’m open to discussing what your needs are and what we can work out to get you what your looking for.
