Michigan - Sublease Takeover

Looking for a roommate to take over my portion of the lease as I am moving!
Move in: Immediate-March 1st
I currently live with a 22 year old (Makayla) who is graduated from college.
Her interests are nature/outdoors, yoga, crafts/art, playing guitar, singing, plants, nutriotion and cooking, self-healing, mediation and photography.
She would prefer someone who is clean, keeps up after themselves as a good portion of the apartment is a shared living space being a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom.
There cannot be other cats as there is already a cat here who gets jealous because he loves all the attention for himself. (He will cuddle you too death.)
He is however open to smaller dogs.
The apartment would need living room furniture as all the furniture does belong to me.
Apartment Information: The apartment itself is beautiful and located right by plainfield and right off a lake. There is a volleyball court and canoes for the spring time.
Has upgraded appliances, hard wood flooring, and upgraded carpet and a beautiful view of the lake. (It is on the 2nd floor)
It does come with a covered parking spot, and it keycode entry.
Apartment itself does have washer and dryer located in basement of building which uses an application on your phone to pay or takes coins.
Apartment does have a dishwasher.
Lease information: There is a 50application fee with the community but deposit is already paid.
The lease does end in June; but renewal options are definitely available
Rental Information: Rent is $600 a month shared between the two of you, utilities come out to be about $120-150 On average I pay about 720total including everything (Internet and all)
This move in is ASAP Preferably by March 1st.
