Schooner Cove is located on the south banks of beautiful Ford Lake in Ypsilanti. Ford Lake is a sports lake, 975 acres in size and 30 feet at its deepest point. Relax after a long day or sail out on a weekend on your boat which you can dock right from home!
Boat docks are available for rent to residents of Schooner Cove and non-resident. Details of the boat rental include:
· Your boat can be in the water from May to October.
· All boat types permitted
· The fees for the season are $399 + $50 refundable key deposit
The only available secure boat launch can be located on the other side of the lake at Ford Lake Park.

Well-lit with a ceiling light, light over the sink & stove, and natural sunlight from the kitchen window & sliding glass door!
Your king size furniture will easily fit in the spacious bedroom. It’s a breeze to keep your room organized with the huge, built-in wall to wall closet. The entry, linen and hallway closets will help you stay clutter-free throughout your entire home (Extra Storage in Building!). The bathroom has a medicine cabinet for extra storage and tub/shower combo for relaxing and recharging.
