Cabin available for rent full time for affordable price! Very quiet area of Alpena County with Spectrum high-speed internet available! Recently used as a hunting camp but could easily be a full time residence. Brand new vinyl siding, new roof, new entry/storm door and new refrigerator. Road was repaved and striped in 2021 and is in excellent condition! No potholes :). All furnishings pictures included! Only one bedroom upstairs but could be divided into two and can sleep 6-8 with existing mattresses.
The 290 acres will not be available to tenant due to ongoing hunting and shooting events which would be detailed in the lease. However there will be some property (2-3 acres) available to tenant. No laundry is currently onsite due to decision of prior ownership but a washer and dryer will be installed most likely in January.
Utilities are separate from monthly rent of $800 and responsibility of tenant.
One month security deposit required.
Pets allowed on an exception basis; a pet deposit may be required.
