Fifteen miles north of down town Peoria; about a mile north of the Hwy 29 and Route 6/Hwy74 On Ramp.
An eagle roosts at the river's edge during winter months.
Watch sunrises from this peaceful getaway.
The cabin is dedicated as a place set apart to enjoy nature,
like Thoreau's Walden . . . a place to be inspired.
$900 per month, including Ameren gas/electric, & mowing when needed.
(Option for longer contracts, provisional upon first month trial basis.)

One month provisional contract, with renewal options for three month renewable contracts.
$500 deposit; includes non-refundable minimum exit $100 cleaning deposit at $30 hour.
