Fox Run Village is a quiet complex located on the west side of the Westchester subdivision. The complex is set on eight acres, and provides large amounts of green space. It is also just short walk to Lindbergh Park. The luxury one bedroom enters in to a large living room/dining area. The kitchen is at the rear of the unit, and contains the washer and dryer in a closet off to the side. The bedroom has an attached walk in closet. The patio is at the rear of the unit, and has a small storage unit off to the side. The tenant is responsible for electricity. We pay for the water, sewer and garbage. There is a security deposit required of $715. We do allow cats and most dogs that are under 35lbs. There is an additional security deposit on pets.
