Georgia - Need someone to take over student lease

Looking for someone to take over the remainder of the lease agreement on this STUDENT apartment at The Grove in Valdosta GA. The lease will run from whenever your agreement starts through July 2023. This is for 1 bedroom and private bathroom in a 2 bedroom unit. This person will be replacing my brother so you will need to be of the same gender. The unit is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, and chair. The common area has a couch, kitchen table and chair, and fully outfitted kitchen. The other roommate is quiet, to himself, and hardly noticeable. All utilities besides electric are included (this includes INTERNET!). Washer and dryer are included in the unit. Apartment complex is located less than 10 minutes from Valdosta State University. You will have to go through The Grove to be approved to take over the lease. Please contact me if you are interested.
