Located in a quiet and safe country setting, churches on North and South sides of property.
The amount the Rent is reduced depends on the skill and work to be done.
Looking for a couple where one person needs to be at the premises during a day time, and at list one person has steady full time employment to support his/her family.
A person that might apply need to have a Tools and Weed-eater to do the work and trimming around the building and sidewalks (about 1 hour work every 8 - 14 days when the grass cut in needed).
Must have maintenance experience and skill of cleaning, painting, carpentry, some plumbing and landscaping.
