Hi all!
We are looking for a single occupant or a couple for our rental on the ground level floor.
The place: Your place is through the front door and first door on the left with lock and key. Our place is upstairs. It comes partly furnished(Couch, work desk and chair, kitchen table). You will have the only access to the backyard, so it’s yours to use as you please, but we have a shed back there, and every now and then need to get something from it. We will obviously ask permission as we’d have to go through your place to get to it.
Lots of closet/storage space.
Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Ample street parking in front of the house. Short walk to Ocean Beach and public transportation.
About us: We are a married couple and love this old home and this neighborhood! We travel often, have a little dog named George and spend a lot of time cooking in the kitchen when at home. We love adventures, roadtrips but also vegging out on the couch. We are welcoming and always have had friends live downstairs or tenants that became friends :)
Looking for: Someone respectful and conscious of noise levels as the house is old and noise can at times travel. Someone responsible, who we can trust. We’re nice humans and expect the same for those who live in this home.
Move in Date: March 1st.
Security Deposit: One month’s rent
Pets allowed with pet deposit ($500)
Application Fee: $55
Lease term: 6 months. Month to month after.
Utility Bills+Wifi: Shared 50/50
