Looking to rent our summer cottage for part of the winter. The cottage is located in Ferrysburg, near Smith’s Bridge, 100 ft from Spring Lake, and we also have a dock on the water.

Looking for $850 a month plus gas and electric utilities, but rent and term may be negotiable for the right person. Credit check (650 min), $1,800 deposit, and proof of income (3x rent) required.
