Private bath, private bedroom with lock. Plus natural views of unobstructed landscape in peaceful rural setting with wildlife. One double door closet and furnished. Just bring twin mattress or airbed. Or choose whatever size to move in. No pets, smokers, kids, just a straight single person. That is currently employed. Heat, hot water, wifi, parking, & trash included. Some snow and ice must be shoveled by you if need be must sign a waiver of no-liability. The same goes for any plumbing. If you break it you fix it.
There is one pet puppy. She does bark occasionally. Nothing to be afraid of. Medium size 30 lbs.
Only common space is the hallway, stairs, and front entrance.
Expected to conserve electricity. Oil heat is a separate bill. Its cheaper than electric heat and safer. Trash is separate bill too. We use water coolers or liters. Since radon is in the water supply which is common in this area. Its okay to wash dishes with. But not drinkable. The laundrymat is 1 mile away. So is everything else: library, churches, bus, gas, shopping, food, dining, and schools.
