You can see your neighbors but they are a good distance away. The apartment has a modest sized living room/dining areas along with two large bedrooms and an efficient kitchen with new stainless steel range and fridge along with a counter that will fit a couple stools. South facing front looking at an open yards and the woods. Parking for two cars AND a one car garage with garage door opener. Here is the breakdown by room:
Living room/dining room: A bit of an odd shape but it fits a decent sized dining table and living room set up. There is a door from the living room going to the front of the house and to the garage. Newer carpet and custom painted walls/ceiling. Two big windows and another in the door.
Kitchen: Off the living room is a very functional kitchen with new stainless steel fridge and range. Newer vinyl plank floors. Theres a kitchen window over a counter area where two stools can be located.
Bathroom: Nice sized with a shower stall, toilet and large linen closet with new hot water heater in the back. There is also a washer and dryer included, but are "as is", they are in good shape but Landlord will not replace or fix. Its up to the tenant.
Bedroom #1: Large bedroom on the back of the home with nice sized windows on the north and west walls. A door leads to a walk in closet that shared by both bedrooms. A couple lived in this apartment and used this second bedroom as their living room and the living room as their office and dining room. Custom paint and newer carpet.
Bedroom #2: Very large room with vaulted ceiling of 12'+-. A hallway leads to the bedroom which does not have any living space above it, very private. In the hall is a door to the shared walk in closet. There are three windows looking to the east. Custom paint and tiled floor. Very nice space.
Electric heat and hot water, town water and septic system. Comcast cable and internet. Available Sept 1, 2022, possibly earlier. One open house is scheduled NO OTHER APPOINTMENTS WILL BE MADE unless a viable tenant isnt found at the Open House. Open house is schedule for Saturday July 30th from 2pm to 3pm. Landlord pays for water, septic pumping, yard maintenance and snow removal of the driveway. Tenant responsible for clearing their sidewalk and any snow accumulated in front of sidewalk from plow. Tenants must clear their parking area, unless cars are moved when landlords plow comes through. I dont know what utilities run, every tenant is different depending on how much they cook, shower and what they set the thermostat at. Exterior walls are very thick, lots of insulation.
