This is an older building with thin walls, so a quiet respectful person who works during the day is the best fit (someone handy and willing to do lawn care and minor repairs (w/an agreed compensation) when the landlord is out of town is a plus). One dog may be considered depending on breed/history and additional deposit/fee and pet insurance may be required. Heat, hot water, electric (conditions apply), snow removal and trash pick-up included. Wifi/cable is available from Spectrum. No smoking in the building (strictly enforced) and no political or social justice signage or flags allowed in common areas, on the property, or visible from the outside of the apartment (strictly enforced).
