Household of 2- below $54,060
Household of 3- below $60,840
Household of 4- below $67,560
Household of 5- below $73,020
Household of 6- below $78,420
In addition it is required you meet minimum income limits as well. These limits are determined by the price of an apartment. All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords. The total number of residents per apartment is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
