Two private rooms for rent in large Victorian home near downtown Leadville. We only rent two rooms in this very large home. Ideal for professionals in this quiet home / neighborhood. Only one individual per room. Home is furnished and includes washer and dryer, use of kitchen, shared bathroom, and common areas. We currently provide satellite TV and internet. No smoking, no pets, and no drugs. No occasional visitors without prior approval of owner.
Tenants responsibilities in the home include keeping common areas picked up after yourself and no dirty dishes left overnight. Good housekeeping is important as tenants must agree to paying for us to hire a housekeeper on occasion as necessary to thoroughly clean the home.
Background and credit checks are required. Income verification. Month to month lease. Each tenant is responsible for 1/3 of water, wastewater, gas and electric. Owner also pays 1/3 of these utilities. Trash is included with the rent.
Deposit for each room is $900 and rent for each room is $900 per month. Move in total is $1,800. Please call
