Fully furnished, one third of 1 ½ story timber frame straw bale house. Available November 1, 2022 (early move-in possible) through end of April 2023. In floor radiant heat and straw bale insulation make it very comfortable in winter. Downstairs has the kitchen/living/dining room and bathroom with shower and small tub. There is an undercounter fridge & freezer, washing machine (no dryer) and a gargantuan commercial stove. Upstairs has the bedrooms – one has a sliding door and the other is open to the stairwell with privacy curtains. Off street parking space for 2 cars (shoveling is a cooperative effort), small fenced yard and west facing wooden deck. $1600 per month, including all utilities (Heat, water, trash, electrical, fiber internet). At least 2 references each from previous landlords and employers required, as well as 1st and last months’ rent. No smoking. Well behaved dog allowed with $100 refundable deposit.
