Under the house is a giant 1500 square foot unfinished basement which includes a two car garage (with openers and remotes).
Two miles from the town center, so it's commutable to a few locations. On dirt roads, but county maintained and plowed. Home has on-grid electricity and high speed fiber optic internet, so it's great for a work from home scenario. Five acre lot with no real neighbors so it's very quiet and solitary. Fabulous views of the Blanca range.
The house has a monstrous fieldstone fireplace with an insert for wood heat, a 30,000 BTU propane wall heater, and electric heat for a third choice. Three ceiling fans to aid in heat balancing.
The house is mostly furnished but it's not high end furniture and can be moved into the basement if needed. Appliances are a mix of new and old, being converted to stainless (fridge, washer and dryer are not stainless yet). Washer and dryer are on site and available. Dishwasher is missing but should be replaced with a stainless unit.
First month, last month and same for deposit is required to move in.
Pets negotiable, with additional deposit, due to brand new flooring throughout.
