This is a very peaceful and beautiful sanctuary at Ohana Mountain Ranch. Adorable little studio attached to a retired horse barn. This has everything you need to be clean, comfortable and warm while enjoying a peaceful mountain setting. No shared walls and no room mates or super close neighbors. The short commute of about 40 minutes to Fort Collins or Loveland is the most beautiful drive with no traffic.
Internet, trash, water, electric, propane are all included! There is a washer dryer in unit. The studio is located next to a large garden and you can plant flowers or veggies on your porch in the raised beds just outside your door. Outdoor grill and fire pit are provided. Mountains surround the valley and you will have access to a secluded creek that runs through the property. Estes Park, Horsetooth Reservoir and the Mishawaka are all very close by.
All cooking utensils, towels and bedding provided, unless you don't want or need that. The large kitchen features a working antique stove, refrigerator and dish washer. There is a good size closet for all of your clothing and shoes. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinets for all of your things. The bathroom has a full size shower and the bed has a memory foam topper and brand new linens. Access by car is very easy.
This spot is perfect for the nature lover who enjoys wildlife, the outdoors, gardening, or just peace and quiet. 30 day minimum stay. Month to month or 6 month lease offered.
Cost includes all utilities and internet, move in ready.
