This is a flexible off-grid living situation.
12 campsites on 10 acres, live any way you want.
In the past we have hosted:
-Backpackers
-Tent & Car Campers
-RVs & Motorhomes (any age OK)
-Skoolies & Bus Conversions
-Tiny Homes
-Portable Yurts
-In-Process Project Homes
-Craftsmen/Craftswomen with portable shops.
We also allow large projects in designated spaces.
We have hosted two complete Tiny Home builds - Starting with used travel trailers, tearing down and rebuilding.
We have had Welders, Millers, Mechanics, Cabinetmakers and Fabricators.
Do anything with your space you like, as long as you clean up after yourself.
Long-term tenants welcome.
$250/month.
No references required -
We require an in-person or video interview before we give out the address. Safety of tenants is of the utmost importance.
First & last month's rent required to move in.
No utilities on site. We do have a porta John, for those of you without bathroom facilities.
We also have an 8 yard dumpster that gets emptied bi-weekly.
