Folks,
We are leaving for a month and looking for good people to rent our home for 30 days (between November 1st and December 15.)
The house is a 124-year old Victorian miner’s cabin renovated to a super-cozy, inviting home.
We have 3 rooms with 3 queen beds and two bathrooms with shower. Please see attached pictures.
The house is in a sweet spot on E Columbia, on the sunny side across from Town Park and a couple blocks to Main Street. 7 blocks to gondola/ski lifts. 1 block to a town shuttle stop.
We have a hot tub, front and back porche, smart TV, high-speed internet and laundry room.
We will provide towels, bed sheets, fully-equipped kitchen and everything you need to be comfortable.
The rent is $3890 including all utilities. We use zoom to work and our internet works perfectly.
