I'm looking for a quiet tenant that will respect my property and my other tenants. I have eight of these units at this location and vacancies are very rare. This is a two story duplex townhome with the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor; living, dining and kitchen on main floor. The unit is not large, but there is lots of storage space and plenty of room for a couple or family of three. Applications will not be accepted from parties larger than three people. I will provide water, heat, and trash service so tenant pays only rent and electric. Successful applicant will have a positive reference from their current landlord. If your current landlord is a relative, that relative must be willing to co-sign. No smoking is permitted within the building; no tobacco, marijuana, or anything else that produces smoke. Twelve month lease. Credit and criminal background will be checked and current landlord will be contacted. Violent felons will not be approved. Call, email, or text for a showing.
