-Please maintain good hygiene as well as maintain cleanliness in both common areas and your space. I in turn will do the same.
-Monday through Friday I ask Quiet Hours be in effect from 10 PM TIL 8:30 AM EST. Lights out after 11:00 PM EST.
-Please DO NOT TOUCH THE THERMOSTAT….Please.
-Due note this is a Omnivore Household. I do not limit myself to vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free diets/lifestyles. I will DESTROY a Tombstone Pizza and chase it with a Red Bull, no joke. Same goes for Steak Fajitas: its on! I say this because some people have issues with this. That’s cool. I do not judge, but I am giving you the heads up.
