Home is on well water with water softener on site and septic tank. Septic tank was pumped out just couple of months ago and is good for another at least 3 years.
Living room, dining area, office room, laundry room, half bath and master bedroom with full bath in the main level.
3 bedrooms in the basement.

Looking for private room for 6 months to a year. I am 45 single with a very shy, but sweet support kitty named Nermal (as in Garfield).
