Ive been looking for weeks, looking for rent to own. Can only do about 1000 down now but i cant make the payments on time every more if not then early! Can also provide proof of income from this past year of 2000-3000 per month. Only reason i cant get approved from a bank for a loan is i rented an apartment with my sister and her boyfriend and they moved out without any notice at all, so we were missing paymentsand got evicted. Only willing to pay what i know ill be able to afford. Dont want another situation like that but i really want a house and im very reliable so if you have anything hit me up my number is
