I absolutely loved living in this loft apt and loved the convenient location of all of the wonderful things that Hot Springs has to offer but I love my guy more :) this is truly a wonderful opportunity for anyone that wants beautiful views (from the 3rd floor apt), healthy living, and convenience to fun and shopping. Another thing that I loved about the place is that the building is a former high school that’s been converted to loft apts. I thought it was pretty neat to be in such a unique building - like something out of HGTV.
I can also leave many of the (almost) brand new items that I recently bought to furnish the place like a tv, shelving units, air purifier, mattress, workout trampoline, etc making this an even better deal for you!
