We currently offer 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes.
We do not offer apartments at this time.
We currently accept Section 8. We do not accept any housing vouchers at this time.
Listed Below Are The Requirements of The BrightSide Housing Program:
-Must have Two Forms of ID
-Must have 3 Paycheck Stubs
-Unemployment, SSI, Child Support, and or Food Stamps must have documentation to prove source of funds
-Must have a clear criminal background
-NO HISTORY OF DRUG USE
-No History of Property Damage Claims

Application Fees are $60 for each adult over the age of 18. Program Fee is $299.
We guarantee housing for all individuals approved directly for our program.
We will not be your direct landlord however our job is to get you approved and moved in with any landlord apart of our program.
