Hello! Absolutely love my apartment but will be moving. I need a subleaser January-August. Renewal is available following the sublease. Cats and Dogs (all sizes) are welcome. Unit is 2BR/2 Full bath with tubs. Unit includes: in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, balcony, and (as of August) BRAND NEW carpet, appliances, and countertops. Apartment complex has a pool, dog park, and work out facility. All information/online approval can be found at magnoliapreserve.com. I would be happy to give a tour in person or FaceTime. This property is quiet and safe, trust me I am sad to leave! Available January 1, but sooner can be negotiated.
I also have a few furniture items that could be negotiated: King bed, couch, etc.
