The office is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We stop touring at 4:30 p.m. Our Saturday hours are from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. We stop touring on Saturdays at 3:30 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS TO LEASE
Be 19 yrs. of age or older
Pass the credit and criminal background check
Gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the base rent
MOVE-IN COST
Normal move-in costs are as follows: $60 application fee, $250 administrative fee, $300 security deposit for a one bedroom and $500 for a two bedroom. Additional fees may apply if “Approved with Conditions.”
LEASE TERMS
Normal leases are 7 months up to 14 months (or anything in-between) with no difference in the rental cost. We do offer short term leases with an additional monthly short-term lease fee of $150 for 3 – 4 month leases and $100 for 5 - 6 month leases.
APPLICATION You may pick up an application in our office or apply online at malibuatmartin.com. You will be required to pay the application fee online in order for the form to submit. We also require one month proof of income such as pay stubs, bank statement, or tax forms. For applicants beginning a new job we will accept an offer letter from your employer.
PREFERRED EMPLOYER SPECIAL
With a minimum 12 month lease we offer $10 off each month’s rent if you are employed with any of the following: Huntsville Hospital - Crestwood Hospital - Redstone Arsenal - Active Military - Research Park (various) Boeing.
PET POLICY
We are a pet friendly community. Residents are allowed up to two (2) pets per apartment. There is a $350 pet fee per pet. Pet Rent is an extra $20 per pet per month. We require a photo of your pet for our files plus an up-to-date shot record and proof of dog breed from your veterinarian. We do not enforce a weight restriction on dogs, however, the following breeds are restricted.
American Bulldog - Pitbull / Bull Terrier – Doberman – Mastiff – Rottweiler
American Staffordshire Terrier - Akita / Husky - German Shepherd - Great Dane
