THE OXFORD GRAND
The Oxford Grand is a 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit with approximately 550 sq. ft. of living space. The majority of our apartments have been upgraded with new flooring, modern lighting, mirrors, window blinds, newly resurfaced countertops, modern faucets and fixtures, and built in USB ports located in the kitchen/dining area. It comes with a frost-free refrigerator with an ice-maker, stove with a self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a washer/dryer installed. It also has a separate heat/ac unit in the bedroom. There is a HUGE walk-in closet in the bedroom. This floorplan is identical to the Oxford Traditional except in the kitchen area. For $10 more the Grand has a dishwasher, twice as much cabinet and countertop space. It also has a stove hood vent where the Traditional does not. These apartments have a wall-mounted heat/ac unit located in the living room that operates using a remote control along with a secondary wall heater in the bedroom. Access to the apartment is directly off a porch that extends to the length of the building.
