We have a 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 1/2 bathrooms in the gated community of Gulf Highlands. Numerous pools, club house on the beach, mini putt and great sense of community. The unit was built in 1985 and borders Front St. with private access to the beach, close to Walmart and just about everything you could ask for.
The current tenants are not abiding by the terms of the lease and resort rules and it’s time to part ways. We are unaware of the current condition of the unit as we live out of town and not able to travel at this time.
The unit was fully painted inside and out in the last year. The kitchen and bathrooms are original to 1985. Appliances are all in good working condition.
We are looking for a mature tenant who is able to improve and take care of the unit. As this will be a long distance relationship we are looking for an individual who will respect the community, create no drama and pay rent on time. Ideally there will be little communication unless there is an appliance/plumbing issue. In return we will offer this rental at well below market rate if you agree to take it as is, make little improvements and repaint it a neutral colour.
